Truth Italian Restaurant was built on Founder Peytyn Willborn’s vision which included a “world class kitchen that produced five star Italian Cuisine for everyday people.” Her vision was to also bring this elegantly designed establishment with great service to the Southside of Chicago. She has managed to bring this full vision to fruition with Truth Italian Restaurant located in the heart of Bronzeville.

"I dined at Truth Restaurant for the first time over the Labor Day holiday. We were very hungry so we ordered both the fish tacos and the portobello mushrooms with salmon. Both were delicious!! The service was a little slow but they were also quite busy between the bar and the patio. Once they got to us it was worth the wait. I'll be back." Barbara K.
