The Delta is owned by Eldridge Williams, in partnership with executive chef Adam Wendt and beverage director Adam Kamin. They offer a cross section themed menu inspired by the Mississippi Delta region where Mexican, Chinese, Italian and Black American cuisine merged. They offer items such as red-hot tamales with spicy beef brisket, fried rice with chicken and mushroom and or the grilled Isola catfish with eggplant and Chinese broccoli.
