This family-owned and operated bakery has a history of producing creative cakes and other products with that down home taste. They offer pastries for your sweet table, desserts trays, cookies trays, fruit platters and displays. They believe that taste and design are what makes a cake memorable and only the freshest and the best ingredients available to make their cakes a "memorable work of art".
Ms. Gail E. Reams-Parker, president and manager of A Piece Of Cake, Inc. has been involved in the culinary industry for thirty-three years. Having developed a real love and interest in the art of food preparation, at an early age, Ms. Parker set out to devote her profesional career to this fascinating field.
With an academic degree in Home Economics and numerous culinary awards for her baking expertise to her credit, Ms. Parker is now doing the production of Wedding Cakes, Birthday Cakes, and catering of pastries.
